Evidence and its limits
Each role below is a nutrient-role statement with the authority that publishes it. Ginger is part of the 800 mg blend; the label states no per-botanical amount.
There is no GLP‑1-specific study of GLPrelief or its ingredients. The formula rests on ingredient-level roles.

|---|---|---|
| Supports hydration and electrolyte balance† | Sodium, chloride, potassium and magnesium | EU Register of authorised health claims, Regulation (EU) No 432/2012 (magnesium, electrolyte balance), 2012 · National Academies, Dietary Reference Intakes for Water, Potassium, Sodium, Chloride, and Sulfate, 2005 |
| Supports normal muscle function† | Magnesium and potassium | EU Register, Regulation (EU) No 432/2012 (magnesium; potassium), 2012 · NIH Office of Dietary Supplements, Magnesium and Potassium health-professional fact sheets |

Patient counseling
The same notes our Partners page gives practices.
Patients should talk to their prescriber before adding any supplement, and bring the label to that conversation.
Ginger carries a preclinical anticoagulant signal. A patient taking a blood thinner should ask their doctor first.
Chamomile is in the daisy (Asteraceae) family, so a patient allergic to ragweed, chamomile or daisies should check first.
A patient on an oral GLP‑1 medication should ask their prescriber or pharmacist when to take GLPrelief, since those tablets carry their own instructions about water, food and other drinks.
One stick supplies 30 mg of vitamin B6. The tolerable upper intake level for adults is 100 mg a day, so a patient already taking a B6-containing supplement should total their intake with their clinician.
A patient with reduced kidney function should ask their clinician before starting any daily electrolyte supplement.
GLPrelief is taken alongside the treatment the prescriber manages. One stick in 16–20 oz of cold water, once a day.
