1. What these terms cover. Every purchase your practice makes of the GLPrelief Practice Case: sealed cases of GLPrelief dietary supplement drink mix in retail bags, as described with quantity, price and total on each order at checkout and in your order confirmation. Those order details form part of these terms.

2. You buy to resell. Your practice buys GLPrelief to resell, at your practice or through your practice's own website or patient portal. This statement applies to every order you place. You don't sell GLPrelief on a third-party marketplace such as Amazon, or to another reseller or distributor.

3. How you describe it. Describe GLPrelief only in the words on its label and in materials Relief provides for that purpose, and make no disease or drug claims about it. Ask Relief before using any other wording.

4. Pricing stays private. The pricing Relief gives your practice, spoken or shown in your practice account, is for your practice only. Please don't publish or share it.

5. Ordering, payment and tax. You order through your practice account and pay by card at checkout, unless Relief agrees other terms in writing. Title and risk pass to you on delivery. Sales tax applies unless you give Relief a valid resale certificate for your state.

6. All sales are final. If a case arrives damaged or defective, email support@glprelief.com within 5 business days of delivery with photos, and Relief will replace it.

7. Storage and dates. Store GLPrelief as its label directs, check each delivery on arrival, and don't sell a bag after its expiration date.

8. Reactions, product concerns and recalls. Tell Relief the same business day about any report of a reaction or product problem, at support@glprelief.com. Relief decides and runs any recall or withdrawal; keep ordinary sales records and help Relief reach anyone who bought affected product. Share patient information with Relief only as needed to report a concern.

9. Insurance billing. GLPrelief is sold for cash; don't bill it to Medicare, Medicaid or any other health plan.

10. Changes and ending. Relief may update these terms for future orders by emailing you a new version; ordering after that accepts it. Either of us may stop at any time. Relief may close your account at once if items 2–4 are broken. Items 2–4, 7 and 8 keep applying to product you still hold. Florida law governs.
