Refund policy

Returns

Unopened product in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of receiving it. To start a return, email support@glprelief.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Please wait for our reply before sending anything back.

Damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or isn't what you ordered, email support@glprelief.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

Refunds

We'll email you once your return arrives and has been checked. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few extra days to post it.

Subscriptions

This policy applies to every subscription delivery.

Practice orders

Orders placed through a practice account follow the reseller terms shown in that account.
