Manage your subscription
Everything about your GLPrelief subscription can be changed online, any time, with no fees and no minimum number of deliveries.
Need a break? Skip or pause
- Skip a delivery if you still have sticks left. Your plan carries on with the next one.
- Pause if you're stepping away for a while. Nothing is charged or sent until you resume, and your plan and price are kept.
Cancel
Go to Account → Subscriptions, open your subscription and choose Cancel subscription. It takes effect right away: no more charges and no more deliveries. If you cancel before your next charge date, that delivery won't be charged. We'll email you a confirmation.
Other changes
- Payment method or address: update it in the same place, under your subscription.
- Switch between the 30-day and 90-day supply: reply to any of our emails or write to support@glprelief.com and we'll switch it for you.
Prefer a person?
Write to support@glprelief.com or reply to any subscription email. We'll make any change for you, including cancelling, and confirm it by email.
